How It Works
Operations Sequence
Driver triggers deployment as bus stops
Alternating lights on Stop Sign and Light Bar activate
Arm deploys to 90° within 3 seconds, extending 6.5ft
Adjacent lane is blocked with visual and optional audio warning
Driver triggers retract — arm returns and locks in 3 seconds
The resilient design does not require scheduled maintenance. The arm is constructed from structural fiberglass and is driven by a sealed purpose-built power unit.

High-intensity white and red LEDs in sealed weatherproof light bar. High-intensity red LEDs in circular light modules. Modules individually replaceable. FMVSS 108 compliant.
